NIGERIA....WHEN O WHEN?
I will begin to see myself as a "Nigerian" when...
• An Aisha from Zamfara will enter the University with the same cutoff mark as an Emeka from Igbo land.
• All states are given federal allocations based on how much they contribute to the Country's GDP and not how much population they claim to have.
• Any credible Muslim can be the leader of Muslims in Nigeria as against the present the eternal leadership of the Sultan of Sokoto
• Everyone is equal under the law, as presently, (It is a no case if a Northerner thrust a person through with a dagger, or Fulani hordes kill farmers for protesting against cows grazing on their farm, The only case is when you catch them and hurt them)
The national history stops being a shameful thing which is to be hidden; The first coup, the Biafran war, The vilification of Benjamin Adekunle, Sardauna's speeches.
• Truth stops being a crime.
• Corruption is seen in its full glare as not only financial misappropriation but Nepotism, Imposition etc.
Else, Nigeria is nothing but a continuation of what the British created it for, EXPLOITATION and INDIGNATION
